About Us

Growing up near Sarasota, Florida, an area with a rich artistic and cultural history on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Brent has had a lifelong interest in architecture and design. After graduating from University of Florida’s School of Architecture with a Master of Architecture degree, Brent, along with his wife Nicole, moved to New Smyrna Beach to establish a home and pursue a career in Architecture. After a number of years gaining experience in the local environment and fulfilling the State licensing requirements, Brent opened his own practice to carry forward the design principles and aesthetic developed over many years of education and practice.

An early love and appreciation for beautiful spaces and objects is what propelled Nicole to pursue a career in architecture and design. Growing up in Miami and Naples, Florida she was exposed to a diverse community of arts and culture at an early age. After graduating from the University of Florida with both her Bachelor of Design in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees, she spent six years apprenticing with a well- established architect in New Smyrna Beach; who shared her appreciation of site-specific design, quality craftsmanship, and organic modern architecture. Now as an architect and designer, she works along side her husband, Brent, in their own central Florida practice. She and her husband have also recently established a home and lifestyle retail storefront, Victor & Rose, located in downtown Deland, Florida.
